Which is the best TEFL/TESOL online certificate program (at least 100hours)?

Post Which is the best TEFL/TESOL online certificate program (at least 100hours)?
I am looking for a TESOL/TEFL certificate program that is offered online and is atleast 100 hours. There are millions of institutes that claim to be the best. Likewise, there are zillions of Accreditation organizations. Which ones are geniuine and which ones are not? Whom to trust?
