Currently, I am living in Japan, but it has resulted hard to get a job in TEFL, because the Japanese schools want natives from US, Canada, etc. My level of English is native. On the other hand, I have thought to teach Spanish, I don't have a degree, but it is my native language. I am registered in Gaijinpot (for Japan only) just if you mentioned...any idea? I need a full-time contract to get the working visa. Thanks.

Not to knock Spanish but it's almost a worthless language in Asia. Business-wise the Asian community seeks other Asian nations for trade or European nations. So any Romantic derived language or English would be prime to teach. Now if you want to teach Spanish you'll have to learn a specific dialect and teach in Mexico, or get your certified teaching credentials and teach Spanish on the west coast in the USA.

In a long ran ,you really need is to go back your country and do a course in teaching, once you get the teaching certificat then it would work out well, daydreaming doesn't work in Japan.

There are many institutional organizations that recruit english teachers, but most do not recruit within the countries where they teach.
A place where you can post your interest is
http://www.eslcafe.com/jobs/wanted/index.cgi?read=
Some recruiting spots include
http://eslmonkeys.com/teacher/jobdetail.php?id=4368
and
http://www.tesol.net/tesljob.html
Of course teaching English is increasingly a professional position even in asian countries. Apply for the positions that exist and see what you can do.
