 Grammar usage problems.? 1.All except he/him decided to kiss the guy.
2.Everybody was killed except he/him.
1.All except he/him decided to vote for Carlos.
2.It was agreed by all except he/him.
Answer with explanation giving more examples if possible.

In the first one, you could reword it as:
"All decided to kiss the guy except him."
which would clearly be correct. Moving the "except him" up to the front doesn't mean you should change it from "him" to "he."
"He" would only be used if it were the subject of the sentence. It is not "All" is the subject of the sentence.
