 What can a pensioner do to pass time in what is now a terribly long day? I am female with a joint degree in race relations/womens studies and a CELTA certificate.

you get to talk to all sorts of people and you can specialise in certain areas. All you have to do is phone them, go and see them for an informal chat and then fill in a form and they train you up.
