A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

How old are they? Maybe you can buy them DVDs which can be seen in English (without subtitles). If they are young, that would be perfect!
Why don't you just ask the private tutor? I'm sure he'll be glad to help you!
Ask for the websites above, I havent clicked on any of them, but I'm sure you'll find something interesting for the kids. Plus, it will be easier because they'll be able to talk together. However, don't use online translators as your kids will end up saying things that don't make sense in English. I know because I'm French and am often appalled by the results given by people on Yahoo! Answers who used those programs. And I know it's the same for all languages.
