Try Daves ESL Cafe....it is a pretty good source. I teach ESL and I modify a lot of regular lesson plans for my ESL classes. This is not hard to do especially if you have intermediate level. I would just make sure I focused on the vocabulary and the rest should just fall into place for you. Good luck!
